Terms of Service

MakeMeFy is operated by MakeMeFy OOD, UIC 208906259, VAT ID BG208906259. These terms apply to the site, accounts, requests, quotes and contracts for making and selling goods. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.

Unique electronic shop reference number under Bulgarian Ordinance N-18: RF0007426, for the own/leased electronic shop on the domain makemefy.com. This registration reference does not itself certify issuance of a fiscal receipt or a POS integration. Bulgarian NRA public register.

Card payments are documented under the alternative regime of Bulgarian Ordinance N-18: you receive an electronic sale document with a unique number and a QR code by email, issued by our electronic receipt provider. The provider reads the payment data directly from our payment processor; we never share payment keys with it. The order confirmation and the payment processor email are not fiscal receipts and do not replace that document. While this regime is not active, card payment is not offered.

The company is VAT registered under BG208906259. All displayed prices are final consumer prices and include 20% Bulgarian VAT. The same tax treatment appears on the electronic sale document.

You may choose a catalog product, personalise a model with the available tools, or submit your own file or description. Images and 3D previews help with selection, but colour, texture and manufacturing marks may vary slightly.

A catalog product or valid tool configuration can be ordered directly. Before payment, you see the item, quantity, total price, exact delivery cost, lead time and applicable withdrawal terms. The order becomes binding when you use the clearly labelled action to order with payment.

Sending a custom request based on a file, drawing or description is not a purchase. After review, you receive a quote with the same essential information. A contract is formed when you accept it through the stated payment action or another expressly agreed method.

We may request clarification, propose a change or refuse an item that cannot be made reliably, is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or is intended for unsuitable high-risk use.

Before ordering, we show the total amount due in euro and all applicable costs. The quote or order screen states the payment method and timing. We do not store full payment-card details; card data is handled by the selected payment provider.

After ordering, we provide the confirmation and the legally required sales document electronically. We issue an invoice where legally applicable and after receiving accurate invoice details.

You are responsible for submitted dimensions, text and intended use. We review whether the request can be made and may propose a necessary technical change before ordering. We do not promise suitability for food contact, medical, child, protective, electrical, load-bearing or high-temperature use unless the specific quote expressly confirms it.

For a standard order, the expected time to receive the goods is within 7 calendar days after successful payment, unless a different time is stated before ordering. A more complex item may have a stated period of up to 14 calendar days. Very large or fully bespoke projects, including items requiring lengthy printing, need a separate quote: the specific production time, delivery method, delivery charge and delivery date are disclosed and agreed before any binding payment. The standard courier terms below apply only to parcels suitable for those services; oversized transport is agreed separately.

If we cannot meet the agreed date, we will inform you promptly and arrange a new date or respect your statutory rights, including termination and reimbursement where the law provides. For consumer deliveries, risk normally passes when the customer or their nominated person physically receives the goods.

For orders below €50, delivery costs €3.00 to a BOX NOW locker. Delivery is free when the goods total is €50 or more. Temporary promotions may reduce the charge, including to €0. The available method and exact charge are shown in the cart before payment and included in the final online amount; they are not paid to the courier again.

Consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a standard distance sale. Choosing a colour or material from our preset catalog options keeps this right even when we print the item after payment. Printing only after an order does not itself make a good personalised within the meaning of the law.

Goods with genuinely individual dimensions, personal text, unique geometry or a customer file may fall within the statutory exception for goods made to specification or clearly personalised. The exception depends on the exact configuration; it does not automatically cover every Boxy, Curvy, Nameplate or other tool order. We must identify an applicable exception and the material choices before payment and in the order confirmation. Rights for defects or lack of conformity remain intact. See Returns and conformity for the procedure, costs and model form.

Credits are units for the stated AI functions, not money or a payment instrument. The credit cost of an operation is shown before confirmation. The authoritative server record determines the charge and any credit restoration for technically undelivered work. Dislike of a successfully supplied result does not by itself trigger an automatic credit refund. Statutory remedies for non-supply or non-conforming digital services remain intact.

Buying a credit pack or accepting these terms does not waive a 14-day withdrawal right. The current checkout does not ask you to waive that right, and using credits does not by itself remove it. If you expressly request that a service start during that period and then validly withdraw, only the legally permitted proportionate value of what was supplied may be payable. For an immediately supplied digital file, withdrawal can be lost only after separate express consent to start, acknowledgment of that consequence and contractual confirmation where required by law. Unused paid credits are not removed merely because a subscription ends; cash reimbursement follows an applicable withdrawal right or another legal basis.

Generation does not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection or printability. A preview grants no download or commercial-use licence; access and licence terms apply to the exact result. Printing an AI model is a separate order with a separate price, technical review and withdrawal treatment.

The plan, monthly or annual price, billing period, included credits and limits are shown before payment. A subscription renews automatically for its selected period until cancelled. An annual plan is paid for the year while monthly credit allotments are released in instalments under the plan. You may stop a future renewal through the available billing portal or by writing to office@makemefy.com; the paid period and statutory remedies for withdrawal or non-conformity are assessed separately.

Price or material-term changes apply prospectively after advance notice and do not change an already paid period. You may cancel before the next charge if you do not accept them. Using part of a subscription does not automatically remove the statutory withdrawal right during the first 14 days. The current subscription checkout does not ask you to waive that right.

Goods must match the agreed description, quality, quantity and purpose. For lack of conformity, you may request repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination. Exercising these rights is free of charge for the consumer.

EU legal guarantee of conformity: for goods bought from us you have a minimum two-year legal guarantee under EU law (Directive (EU) 2019/771). It covers a lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the legal period under normal use. In that case you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced free of charge and, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or termination. This right cannot be excluded by contract. Normal wear and tear, impact damage, improper care (e.g. dishwasher, heat above the stated material limit) or use outside the agreed purpose do not constitute a lack of conformity. Visible layer lines, slight shade variation and minor surface irregularities are inherent to 3D printing and are not defects. We do not provide a commercial guarantee. By submitting content, you confirm that we may lawfully use it for the quote and order. You retain ownership of original content and grant only the limited rights needed to store, review, display and use it for your request. We reject counterfeit goods, unauthorised marks or protected designs, weapons and critical weapon parts, forged documents and other unlawful items.

Keep sign-in details secure and tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Our handling of personal data and customer files is described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use an item only for its confirmed purpose and follow supplied instructions. We are not responsible for an issue caused by incorrect customer data, an unauthorised modification or use outside the agreed purpose.

Contact office@makemefy.com. Bulgarian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted order retroactively.
