Terms of Service

MakeMeFy is operated by MakeMeFy OOD, UIC 208906259. These terms apply to the site, accounts, requests, quotes and contracts for making and selling goods. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.

You may choose a catalog product, personalise a model with the available tools, or submit your own file or description. Images and 3D previews help with selection, but colour, texture and manufacturing marks may vary slightly.

A catalog product or valid tool configuration can be ordered directly. Before payment, you see the item, quantity, total price, exact delivery cost, lead time and applicable withdrawal terms. The order becomes binding when you use the clearly labelled action to order with payment.

Sending a custom request based on a file, drawing or description is not a purchase. After review, you receive a quote with the same essential information. A contract is formed when you accept it through the stated payment action or another expressly agreed method.

We may request clarification, propose a change or refuse an item that cannot be made reliably, is unlawful, infringes third-party rights or is intended for unsuitable high-risk use.

Before ordering, we show the total amount due in euro and all applicable costs. The quote or order screen states the payment method and timing. We do not store full payment-card details; card data is handled by the selected payment provider.

After ordering, we provide the confirmation and the legally required sales document electronically. We issue an invoice where legally applicable and after receiving accurate invoice details.

You are responsible for submitted dimensions, text and intended use. We review whether the request can be made and may propose a necessary technical change before ordering. We do not promise suitability for food contact, medical, child, protective, electrical, load-bearing or high-temperature use unless the specific quote expressly confirms it.

Making time and delivery are confirmed before the order. If a material delay occurs, we will offer a new date or cancellation and reimbursement. For consumer deliveries, risk normally passes when the customer or their nominated person physically receives the goods.

For orders below €50, delivery costs €3.00 to a BOX NOW locker, €5.90 to an Econt office or parcel locker and €8.99 to an address with Econt. Delivery is free when the goods total is €50 or more. Delivery is included in the final online payment and is not paid to the courier again.

A consumer generally has 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a standard, non-personalised purchase. Goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised are excluded by law. Where that exception applies, we disclose it before the order. It does not remove rights for lack of conformity. Instructions and the model form are on the Returns and conformity page.

Goods must match the agreed description, quality, quantity and purpose. For lack of conformity, you may request repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination. Exercising these rights is free of charge for the consumer.

By submitting content, you confirm that we may lawfully use it for the quote and order. You retain ownership of original content and grant only the limited rights needed to store, review, display and use it for your request. We reject counterfeit goods, unauthorised marks or protected designs, weapons and critical weapon parts, forged documents and other unlawful items.

Keep sign-in details secure and tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Our handling of personal data and customer files is described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use an item only for its confirmed purpose and follow supplied instructions. We are not responsible for an issue caused by incorrect customer data, an unauthorised modification or use outside the agreed purpose.

Contact office@makemefy.com. Bulgarian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter an accepted order retroactively.
