Returns and conformity

If you are a consumer and bought standard, non-personalised goods at a distance, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Send a clear notice to office@makemefy.com before the deadline. You may also use the model form below.

The withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as unique dimensions, personal text or an item made from a customer file. We disclose this before ordering where applicable. Being 3D printed alone is not enough for the exception. Personalised goods retain full statutory protection for defects or other lack of conformity.

1. Email us with the order number and your decision to withdraw.
2. Send or hand the item back within 14 days after your notice.
3. You may hand it in at 7 Strazhitsa St., Nadezhda 2, 1220 Sofia, Bulgaria or send it to Econt Sofia Tolstoy office, 7 Strazhitsa St., Sofia. We provide the exact recipient details by email.
4. You may choose another suitable carrier; Econt is not mandatory. You bear the direct return cost for an ordinary withdrawal.

Package the item safely. Original packaging is not automatically required, but you are responsible for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.

We reimburse payments received, including standard initial delivery, within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods arrive or you provide evidence of return. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless we agree another method at no extra cost to you. We do not reimburse the extra difference for a premium delivery method chosen over our standard option.

If an item is damaged, incomplete or does not match the agreed characteristics, email the order number and a short description. Photos and measurements may speed up review but are not a condition where you cannot reasonably provide them.

A justified conformity remedy is free of charge. We arrange return at our expense and, depending on the case, repair or replace the item. A price reduction or termination and reimbursement apply where the legal conditions are met. Rights may be exercised for lack of conformity appearing within two years of delivery.
