A large order that does not fit one compartment is split into several parcels, or we suggest delivery to an address.
Lead times
- Catalog items: made and dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- Personalised models and custom requests: the lead time is stated in your offer.
- Carrier transit is usually one working day inside Bulgaria.
- An uncollected BOX NOW parcel returns to us after the locker holding period; write to us and we will arrange a new shipment.
